How do I return an item? All merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from date of invoice. Within 30 days the merchandise can be returned for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition including the original packaging. NXT Step Performance always recommends professional installation on all products. NXT Step Performance is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances.
